Submersible pump: TE series

  • Submersible pumps
  • Material: Stainless steel 1.4571
  • Vertical submersible pumps without gaskets
  • Dry run safe
  • For high media temperatures
  • Max. output rate: 280 l/min
  • Max. discharge head: 23 m
  • Immersion depth: 200 - 800 mm
  • Motor power: 0.18 - 2.2 KW

In the TE Pump Series, the motor power is transmitted vertically to the pump impeller through an extended shaft. This rotating shaft is exclusively supported through the two motor bearings and therefore runs completely contact free and abrasion-free inside the housing. Due to the construction design, the use of bearing and shaft seals can be forfeited. All parts that are in contact with the medium are made solid of stainless steel (1.4581).

Advantages of the TE Pump Series

  • Application at high temperatures up to +150° C
  • Absolutely dry run safe (no contact of mechanical parts)
  • The highest chemical resistance
  • Robust, thick-walled design, made of only two materials (no thin-walled deep-drawing sheet metal)
  • Long-lasting and abrasion-free
  • Design for the operation under demanding conditions
  • Open impeller (i.e. solids up to 3 mm grain size and 10 Vol. % possible)
  • No abrasion into the medium to be pumped (high purity applications)
  • Easy to maintain
  • Universally applicable, quiet and compact
  • Available for standardized immersion depths

The TE Pump Series is particularly suitable if containers or dipping baths cannot be flange connected to the side or if dry run in the plant cannot be excluded as well as for high temperatures.

This results in application possibilities, amongst others, for the following application fields:

  • Electro-plating technology
  • Airplane jet engine cleaning plants
  • Filtration
  • Large-scale bakeries
  • Smokeries for meat production
  • For very hot alkaline liquids
  • Laboratory applications
  • Environment engineering
  • Food industry
  • Circulating and mixing tasks
  • Application for dirty and metallically polluted media
